Default Fault codes
I have a 2000 s4 and have just noticed a considerable power drop.

it only happens in the lower gears, so i plugged vag com in and this is the error message it gave me

17538- Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (mult): system too lean
p1130 - 35-00 - -

Do i need a new MAF or is there something more serious wrong with the car

Default Could be the MAF....
...but that usually effects both banks, as would a TBB leak.

Go out and log block 003 for the engine module. See what your airflow is at 6000-6500 RPM at WOT.

Default actual reading ??
what should the read out be.
Im running a chipped S4 which is around about 320bhp.

Probably 260+ g/s depending on chip. You'll know if it's bad...it will be real low.
