fuel level reading wrong

fuel level reading wrong
New to vcds and was having a click around enabling a few things and somehow I noticed my gauge is now reading just under the 3/4 Mark when it was reading on the 1/2 Mark as far as I know I never touched anything to do with fuel just playing with light setting alarm chirp etc.....
I'm parked on a slope if that matters but it was reading half when I started!
I dont really want to drive it now until I have corrected it otherwise I'll never know how much is in there!

Channel 33 reading 128 as standard, I'm wondering as it's parked on a slope could something have been reset and make it read like this? As when I fill up from a can when it's parked it tends to read over until I drive it and it levels itself out.
Is there anywhere else that adjusts fuel level either within the gauge or on the sensor:
