Default Any tricks to disabling/enabling the TPMS? (seems dead after disabling/enabling via channel 61)

Last year I asked about disabling the TPMS for the winter (since I didn't have winter wheels with sensors in them).

Uwe said to do:

Select -> 17-Instruments -> Adaptation -> Channel 61.

Subtract 512 from whatever value you find there.

Which I did. It disabled it (the warning in the DIS went away and the TPMS system disappeared from the menu). In the spring, I put my summer tires back on, added 512 back to channel 61 and the menu came back. I told the system I had changed tires and stored the new pressures.

A few weeks ago I noticed that my tires were down about 6-8 PSI and that I didn't get a warning.

This weekend I changed to my winter tires and while doing that I noticed that my spare tire was down 16 PSI (28psi instead of 44). I've driven about 15 miles and the TPMS still hasn't noticed that my summer wheels are gone.

Is there something that needs to be done to 'kick start' the TPMS unit after it's disabled? Or did my system just die over the summer?

Thanks!

Default Have you tried accessing the TPMS to see what it thinks?

Select -> Chassis Tab -> 65-Tire Pressure.

Fault codes?

Measuring Blocks?
