Has anyone gotten this to work: windows down, sunroof open via remote?

I know that I've read it can't be done on US models, but thought I'd check to see if anyone has been able to get either to work. I'd love to be able to hold in the open button and get the car cooled off.

I don't know if it's the same for an S4, but here's what I did for 05.5 A4
 

Block 46 -> Central Convenience -> Recode the module with 11900 (Original number + 64)
