Default HID flicker after vag-com coding

I recently had the following vag-com coding done by a local euro shop on my 2011 2.0t audi Q5.

-enable adaptive brake lights
-enable fog light to come on same side as turn signal
-enable gauge sweep at start up
-enable parking brake release w/o seat belt
-remote open windows
-reset service reminder

My Q5 now has an extremely random and fast HID flicker when the car is warmed up when DRL switch to low beams as well as when low beams are on and fog lights are turned on. This flickering does not stop unless I shut the vehicle off and turn it back on. I attached a video to see if anyone can help with what went wrong. I have had it back in the shop but no luck. A different shop recommended I take it to an Audi dealership and have them re-flash my central electronics module with their latest coding.

video of issue.
