Integrate LM-1 or LM-2 wideband sensor with VAG COM
This was a very nice capability when I data logged with ECUtek on my Subaru. The incoming wideband readings were recognized by the DeltaDash software and you could log the wideband AF ratio right along with the ECU parameters. I suppose there are complicated ways to do this since the LM-1 will also output the signal as a voltage (0-5v). Has anyone tried this? PS..I plan on installing the wideband sensor bung close to the OEM sensors, not inserted in the tail-pipe.

Its always in closed loop, but I don't think its wideband
There is always a 031 signal. It is stoich at idle and light loads (1.0v) and drops to .85-.88v under full load. The problem is, I don't know what the AF ratio is under load. I could calculate it since I know how much air is going into the engine in g/sec, but the logged pulsewidth info (example 2.55 ms) doesn't help me unless I can associate it with a flowrate for the injectors. In other words, I'd like to know how many g/sec or cc/sec of fuel is being used. The fuel "consumption" that can be logged doesn't appear to be accurate enough to use for AF ratio calcs (maybe its used for the MPG calculator?). Sure, I'd like to use VAG COM without a 0-5v wideband to accurately know what the AF ratio is, but I haven't figured out how to do it yet.
