Default Just got a spare ECU, how do I go about recoding it?

Hi all,

VAG Com Forum - Great idea.
I have a 99.5 1.8T Q manual

I just picked up a spare "P" box from a 98 1.8T Front Track with Traction Control.

Does anyone know what I need to change to make this ECU work with my 99.5?

Thanks

Sam

Default just go into engine blocks, copy down the code under your ECU data, install your new one, recode it
