Need help with daylight

The daylight is already installed on my q7 but its working I saw it on the US cars but her in Saudi Arabia it's not

Can some one tell me how turn-on the daylight on via vag-com?

I have 2009 Q7 3.6

and also tell me how to find the coding on wiki.ross-tech I tried but got nothings
