Need help with decoding LIN bus
I'm working on a project using a number of Aventador, Huracan and Audi LIN devices and need some help with some decoding. Ideally, I could get my hands on the LIN description files (LDFs) for each device. Unfortunately, it is essentially impossible to get the LDFs for any of the Lamborghini parts directly, but since the components are made by Audi (often just with modified faceplates, sometimes even with the same serial number as oem Audi parts), I'm hoping to get some Audi LDFs to help me see how they construct their data streams. This should give me enough info to finish the full decoding of the components I have. The components I'm most interested in include light switches, drive mode switches and hvac controllers. Switch operation is general easy to read... but determining LED control bits is much harder.
Does anyone have any Audi LDFs, or LIN bus knowledge they'd like to share?
I'm not requesting any specific Audi model or component LDF since I'm not expecting to be lucky enough that I could be that picky. I'm just hoping that Audi is fairly consistent with their switch and LED control bits. Also, please note that sadly I do not have access to any Audi's or Lamborghini's for sniffing the LIN buses directly. (That would obviously make things too easy)
