I recently around this time did a K04 turbo upgrade doing bench flash ecu. Here's the code that I receive several days later. All seem to be tied to either the ECU flash or K04 turbo install? any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

looks like all fault codes for timestamp of 15:57 REPORTED on the 12th might be related to the bench flash that took place.

The car seems to ride fine. I've done scans of my vehicle from time to time and never had any fault codes except for a electrical related to a rear tail light bulb. My feeling is this is tied to the tune but wanted to get any one with similar experience with similar issues on their Audi. My car is a 2012 Audi Q5 2.0T.

Does anyone know if the fault codes showing up last occurrence of an earlier time frame, is that indication that the problem no longer exist since it's gone through cycles without the issue reoccurring or showing a fault code with the latest day/time? I've scanned several times around when I first discovered the fault codes, but never seen the date and time changed as far as last it was detected which was between 5/8-5/12. I'm having dealer look into issue, but they report not seeing this specific error code (ie. cam adjustment actuator fault code) when they put it through their scan tool. They did the scan either yesterday or today. Could this be false alarm at this point? I'm assuming their scan tool should have given the fault code if the problem still exist correct? If someone can shed some light, I would appreciate it.

Hey did you ever figure out what the issue was? I had that same code the P11A4, my airbag and electronic parking brake was alarming at the same time just like yours.
