old serial ISO-COM cable and 2003 Passat not working?
The software is talking to the interface via the serial connection (COM1), but when I connect it to the car and run the OBDII test, I get an error, and the Auto-Scan and indivdual controllers can't be opened.
This is on the current "old" release V3112. The car is a 1.8T Passat.
Thanks for any assistance? Had been using the ISO-COM cable with great success on a 2001 Audi S4, so not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Does it work with other cars right now? Did you try to access individual control modules?
Also there is a fuse inside of the ISO-COM, please check that one.

It worked fine a month back on an 01 S4 (been sitting since), can't access individual modules...
...it keeps trying to access and then times out and asks if you want to retry.
I'll check the fuse in teh ISO-COM box, though I've never opened it up before.
