Other steps for enabling Hidden Menu on C7 S6 in USA?
Hey guys,
I have read and validated 15-20 different links here as well as videos showing how to enable the Green Hidden MMI 3G+ menu.
My Rosstech cable just arrived today, and several of the hacks I wanted to do (such as VIM and Gear selection shown) worked perfectly. However, the steps I can find to enable the menu have not worked.
I have done the Module 5F Adaptation on Channel 6 from 0 to 1 and saved. Rebooted MMI, and no joy.
I read another forum thread that said Channel 5 sometimes worked. Again, tried and no joy.
I even tried unlocking security access to Module 5F (successfully) and then changing both Channel 5 and 6, and again, no joy.
Holding Menu+Car for even 15 seconds does nothing. Am I missing something?
