running rich on my 03 1.8T......(m)
im throwing an error code:
17535 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Rich
P1127 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded
and im trying to confirm that it is the Bank 1: sensor 1 oxygen sensor. i was watching group 31 in measuring blocks on the engine module that included two lambada readings... the second reading stayed right around 1.00 (sometimes varied maybe +/- 10%). however the first one was all over the charts.... usually higher than lower... when coasting and not on the throttle it hit as high as 1.99. anyone have any input that could help me figure this one out?
in readiness im also failing secondary air injection and catalytic converter tests.

could be your maf...
... also for the readiness code, the secondary air system will only pass once the test has run and it will only run after a cold start. As for the cat test, did you set the readiness codes yourself and you failed it or is just that that test has also not run yet. For the cat test to run, you need the rpms to be at 2000 for about two minutes after certain conditions have been met like coolant temp and exhaust temp.

i haven't cleared or reset anything.... started it up this morning..
drove it to work.. vag'ed it when i got to work (35min drive / avg 80mph) and both tests still showed failed or incomplete.
can someone give me the blocks to monitor like my maf, o2 sensors, etc and the average values they should run at. i'd like to have a good idea of what the culprit is before i go to the dealer b/c i don't want them snooping around and seeing that i replaced the injectors. btw... i triple checked that apr put the software on my ECU that utilizes the extra fuel being pumped in by the larger injectors.

if you are running rich, I don't think you have to
be concerned with the program not using the injectors, if it was lean then i would look at the program..is that reasonable to assume? some one posted a while back that the chip will obvisouly run the turbo hot can cause the 02 sensor to over heat.

to be honest.. im not entirely sure whats going on...
i'm watching blocks in vag-com but i don't know what ranges the values should be running in compared to where they are running now. guess i'll just have to take it to the dealer and hope they don't point the finger at the chip/injectors.
unless anyone can give me some clues on where to start looking?
