testing post cat O2 sensors via VCDS?

Hi,

I've got an 06 A6 4.2 and would like to test that both my post-catalytic convertor oxygen sensors are working as appropriate and within spec. Can someone give me insight as to the BEST way to test these via my VCDS cable?
