Default TT MK1 Cluster Swap

Hi,
I have been hunting forums for days now trying to figure out what to do, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I have an 02 TT 225 Quattro. The Instrument cluster is toast but I am able to connect to it with VCDS and get status. I have the SKC for the cluster as well.

Bought a newer used cluster on ebay from a 02 TT 3.2 V6. The part number is 8N1920980E my old cluster is 8N1920980 . I have the SKC for the new cluster as well.

My problem is trying to adapt the pin I get a SYSTEM NOT OK.
Trying also through a bench harness I cant get block 50 as I imagine it passes from the ECU.

I figure I can just swap eeproms but I'm not sure which chip is the eeprom. Trying to get a dump from vag vommander causes both clusters to reboot.

From what I can tell it should be a 64K bin file but just doing a solder swap would work better for me.

TLDNR:
Can anyone tell me where the eeprom is on the cluster??

Thanks,
C.

well it looks like there isn't an external eeprom. The microcontroller MC912DG128 in the cluster has 128k of flash. not sure what I need to get a dump from that or if I just need some other package to swap pins in the new cluster.
