Condition:

Exterior is in very good condition
- some small rock chips and some minor scratches commiserate with its mileage
- 2 small dings in body; one in rear door, one on hood
- Some scraping on underside of front bumper, only noticeable from under car
- Car had a clear bra on its front from 30k-85k miles
- Car was detailed in preparation for sale
- Wheels were refinished in preparation for sale. No curb damage


Interior is in good condition
- some general wear on steering wheel
- some wear on driver's seat bolsters
- 3 inch tear in carpet in driver's footwell

Mechanical:
- No current mechanical issues.
- Regular oil changes every 5k miles.
- Regular servicing (coolant flushes, transmission fluid changes, spark plugs all performed at appropriate intervals
- State inspection/emissions performed 7/17

History:
- I am the second owner, purchased the car in 2012 at 24k miles
- No accidents, clean CarFax
- No modifications at any point in the cars life
- Car had Audicare and was dealer serviced until 45k miles, all oil services by me personally thereafter (I also changed oil every other 5k miles during Audicare, which is only 10k intervals)
- Replaced in the last year: brakes, front wheel bearing, thermostat, water pump

This car has been a great daily driver for my wife over the last 5 years. We are selling as we recently purchased a TTRS. This car has been reliable, with only some common B8 S4 issues popping up over the years. The car has had some servicing performed in the last year and needs nothing at this time. My wife and I are enthusiasts whom have treated this car well over the years. Clean title in hand.
