Default Audi Allroad 6 speed, full body paint

Hi,

I am selling my Audi Allroad C5.
It's a 6 speed manual transmission with the 2.7t, and with a full body silver paint from factory.

The car has all options: Bose sound system, solar roof (cool down the cabin while the car is parked), leather pack, cold package (heated steering wheel, 4 heated seats).
It has an integrated touchscreen with USB and Bluetooth (made especially for Audi C5, so it looks perfectly stock and has an Audi style menu), and the car is equipped with the original air suspension. The interior panels have been wrapped in 3M Dark Tamp Wood Grain.

The car is from California, and has always lived there (pretty much always sea level driving). It is clean title and I just passed the smog test.
It is the first time ever that the car is on the market (always sold through network). I am the third owner. The previous owner is a specialist in car development for OEMs (BMW and Tesla), and I am an automotive engineer.
The car is 204k miles, and this high mileage is mostly due to a weekly commute SF-LA. The car has been very well taken care of, as you can see on the pictures.

The interior and exterior are in really good condition, and it has a lot of new parts installed over the last 10k miles. I have the bills for most of them, the car was maintained at Euro Spec Motoring in Los Angeles:
- timing belt, water pump, thermostat (with the OEM metal bracket, installed on the 2004+)
- valve cover gaskets
- camshaft seal
- front crankshaft seal
- drive belt, tensioner
- intake boot (replaced by a reinforced 034Motorsport).
- spark plugs
- air compressor for the suspension
- rear suspension bags
- front pads and discs
- windows clips, driver side
- entire front bumper (it had some rock chips and the skid plate was not in good condition).
- LED taillights
- new windshield, replaced for the sale (the old one had some rock chips)
- new battery, replaced for the sale (with a 5 years warranty).
- oil change just done for the sale. Always used synthetic oil, every 4000 miles.
A few months before I bought the car, the previous owner changed the O2 sensors, the fuel pump, all the coolant hoses and the clutch (upgraded to a single mass clutch). He was maintaining the car at Sprint Auto Works in San Jose. He also installed an APR ECU.
Overall, more than $13000 has been invested in parts and work over the last 20000 miles.

The car sits on some rare OEM ALMS, with 2 tires at 90%, and 2 at 50%.
It will also come with the original twin spoke wheels on Pirelli, the original taillights and the original radio.

The car is in really good condition overall, but there are a few things that I am aware of that are not perfect:
- not all the pixels of the gauge LCD screen work in warm weather (as all the Audi of this time)
- the sunroof headliner doesn’t come back entirely when closing the sunroof, it needs manual help (I believe it should close with the sunroof, but never checked in another Allroad)
- 4 minor dents on the body (I have pictures for each of them)
- a small engine leak at the startup, following the last valve cover gasket change (I brought back the car to the shop but they didn’t find the leak, and told me to come when it get worse, but it remains the same since).
- the car tends to go down after a day or 2, I believe due to the front right bag. It has been like this since I bought the car, and it didn’t get worse.
- the new radio doesn’t have the steering wheel control setup yet, but it can be done.
- the airbag sign is on, I have never tried to understand why
- the rear brake pads will have to be change soon
- it would not hurt to refresh the front end (new boots (especially the right one), maybe new axles and control arms also)

The car was my daily until I bought another Audi wagon in February, and has been parked since in my garage. I am only using it sometimes in the weekend. I am selling it because I would like to have this garage space for another project. I am not in a hurry for sale.
I am looking for $10,500. The price is negotiable as long as I know that the car will be well taken care of.

Don't hesitate to ask me for any questions ! And a lot more pictures are available if needed.
