Default FS in CA: 2009 A4 Quattro Avant Prestige 170K,bad timing chain (needs engine)

I have a 2009 Audi A4 Avant Prestige - $2200.00 <- Yes, that is 2200 bucks, not 22K.
It is Ibis White, with Cardamom Beige interior, and the optional Ash wood interior and Nav.
Needs a new engine.

If no interest or a good way to find a home for the car, I will donate it for the tax writeoff (which is better than the price I listed, but I'd rather see the car live). PM me if interested.

We bought the car in 2013 with 120K miles on it, and it was my wife's car, and over the years, we used it for kid duty. It was dealer maintained for a long time, and I had done a ton to it. Fixed the flaky rear power servos in the hatch, it has 3 keys, had the rear main seal replaced at the dealer, had all the fuel injectors and fuel pumps done in the last 5,000 miles, etc. I have receipts for everything. It has matching beige weathertech floormats (and in the trunk), and I even had a Stage 1 APR chip installed. It has always had the correct fluids, and I ran Redline oil. I even have the original Cardamom Beige floormats that came in it (took out when I put the weathertechs in)

Now, here's the bad parts:
-About 3 months ago, the engine threw a code that said the timing chain was stretching. I had both sensors (the ones complaining) replaced, but the code came back, and my mechanic and I agreed that this meant the timing chain was stretching. He took a look, and said that it would last a while, and we should decide what to do. I discussed with my wife, and she said she thought it was fine, and that complicated German cars just liked complaining about things for no reason. I explained to her that once the timing chain tensioner could no longer take up the slack, the timing would jump, and that would be the end. I even drew her the diagram of an "interference" engine. Well, despite the mild humor of me getting to say "I told you so", the timing jumped, and now the car needs a new engine. Car is currently sitting in Sunnyvale CA at an Audi specialist. He gave me a ballpark quote of 5K (2500 for a new engine, and 2500ish for labor). But of course, YMMV.
-My father and law believes that the correct way to park a car near the curb in front of my house is to hit the curb, and then back up. So as a result, I'd replace the tires (though they have good tread and were expensive).
-There are a couple small dings (small one on hood, and one at the bottom of the front air dam). Pro Tip = Don't let your mother and father in law drive your car. But the paint is good, and the car overall presents well.
-Both my kids rode in this car (a lot) and so the back seat is not pristine. My son stained the seatback for the passenger rear seat, but I bought a replacement leather beige seatback, because it pissed me off. Seatback comes with it, but isn't installed.

The car is LOADED. It has the Prestige Package (so full keyless), with the panorama roof, and Nav (works great), and heated seats, and the very nice Bang and Olufsen stereo. Has the iPod connector in the glovebox, and Bluetooth phone, etc. Even has the blindspot detectors and backup camera, etc. I think the only option it didn't have was the sport seats, but I find the current ones better.

Up until the engine "bricking" the car was pretty flawless driving wise. I could donate it to Cars 4 Kids etc, but it is a very well optioned car, and I hate to see it die. With a little more time than I have, this car could give many more miles of enjoyment.

Lastly, I have a set of aftermarket rims with Blizzaks on them as well as super high end diamond pattern tire chains for all 4 wheels. I have used the tires twice to go to Yosemite in the winter (this car is an absolute animal in the snow with the Blizzaks - and that is coming from someone who grew up in Northern Maine... not from a Californian who has no idea how to drive in the snow). I'd cut you a deal on those as well if you were interested. They are wrapped up in Tire Rack storage carriers, and stored in a climate controlled garage, so they are in perfect shape.

Here are pictures:

Here's a couple shots of the original build/options sheet. This was a highly optioned car.

And here's a picture (which is a little hard to see), showing the chain that jumped time (the drivers side cam). Note that I haven't taken the head off to confirm valve damage, but there is no compression in any of the 4 cylinders.
