FS in NH: 2004 Audi A4 3.0 Avant Quattro Sport $1350

2004 Audi A4 Quattro Sport edition with V6 motor, 6 speed manual transmission, leather and heated front seats. It has HID headlights that have condensation. Audi just replaced all the ignition coil packs under warranty. The car runs and drives great, but has a few issues. It does have a recent clutch replacement. I love this car, but it requires too much work and won't pass NH inspection anymore. Great parts vehicle or for someone who lives somewhere there isn't an inspection. LOCATED IN LEBANON, NH
The bad:
1. Rust all over the body. The only panels without rust are the hood and both rear doors (rear doors are new replaced by audi under warranty). the Driver's fender is really bad and bondo'd.
2. The catalytic converters are probably bad and are throwing engine codes.
3. one of the flex pipes are leaking so the car is somewhat loud but not obnoxious
4. Center console lid is gone
5. 18x,xxx miles it is due for a timing belt and water pump fairly soon
6. It burns oil. If you change the oil every 3k you should be okay. It gets low when I do it 5k (synthetic).
7. Both front windows drivers and passengers do not work.
8. Low oil pressure light sometimes
9. Some of the black on the interior buttons has worn off.
10. I just started it after sitting for a few months and the ESP traction control light came on. I am anticipating it will go off if I drive it, but not sure
12. The brake rotors have gotten really rusty from sitting. 13. Headlights have condensation and you have to drive with high beams on at night (look like low beams).
14. Some of the protective plastic underneath the car is missing.
15. Lower front grill is missing

It is a fully loaded car except for navigation. Heated seats, compass and auto dimming mirror and home access on the visor. It has new ignition coils installed by the dealer.
1350 close to my bottom line. I am willing to part it out.
