When the Audi Q7 was launched, it was very well received in a busy market segment. However, everyone was anticipating the introduction of their clean-burning turbo diesel (TDI) engine option. This is the perfect balance. You get all the Audi luxury with 406 stump-pulling pound feet of torque. And, it still gets 25mpg+ on the highway.
This Q7 was sold new in April of 2009 and ordered with nearly every available factory option, which include:
Prestige Package ($10,000 addition)
Panorama sunroof
Side-assist blind spot monitoring
Navigation
Adaptive air suspension ($2,600 addition and extremely rare)
Bang & Olufsen sound package ($6,300 addition)
Premium package
Warm weather package
S-Line package
Tow package
The MSRP on this Audi was nearly $77,000!
When the Audi dealer sold this vehicle, they said it had more unusual and expensive options than they had ever seen on a TDI Q7.
The current owner is the 2nd owner and purchased it in April of 2011 from a Circle Audi in Long Beach, California. He is a close Porsche club friend of mine. It only had 21,000 miles and was delivered with the Audi Pure Protection Platinum extended warranty which added an additional 5-years or 60,000-miles. So, this warranty will expire on April of 2016 or at 82,000 miles…whichever comes first. The owner is a long time Porsche collector car enthusiast and is fanatical about he cares for his cars. This Audi received the same special attention. All services were performed at the local Audi dealer and nothing was overlooked. We have copies of all receipts from this owner. Recent/significant services include:
New Yokahama Prada tires
New brake pads and rotors all the way around (upgraded pads and cross-drilled rotors)
Regular oil services
65k-mile service performed
This Audi needs nothing and is ready to be enjoyed.
As you can imagine, the cosmetic condition is equally as good as the mechanical side. The car is near flawless. The paint looks great with minimal signs of use. It looks more like a 25k mile example. The interior is even nicer. The leather is in excellent condition with little to no signs of use. Everything works properly. There are no strange odors. In fact, it still smells like new leather.
California registration is paid through February of 2016.
This TDI Q7 comes with the owner’s manuals, an extra key, most service records, spare tire, and a jack.
