WTB 01E 6speed manual transmission & matching Rear diff

Prefer one from a 01 - 04 A6/S6/S4 2.7 or 4.2 with code EDU or EEY as these are the only codes I know have a 4.1 final ration and 108mm Axle flange, Im sure there are others. Along with the matching rear diff, 01R DSA or EUU coded diff. Im setting up to do a swap on my D2 A8.
