16" tire size question for Gary

99.5 A4, would there be a difference with running 205/50/16 on stock swings vs factory 205/55/16?

Yes. The 205/50R16 is an inch shorter in height and has less load capacity. Not only would it look a bit silly with the extra fender gap, but the tires wouldn't be as with the smaller load rating.
