any way to DIY & take the tires off the rims without taking it to a shop?

Default any way to DIY & take the tires off the rims without taking it to a shop?
everybody around me wants between $26-50/wheel just to remove the tire.

Sawzall = damage to the rims if you are not careful, very careful.

still a good idea if i'm careful :-)
