Default AO vs non-AO

I need tires for my 2018 Q3 Quatro. I currently have Pirelli Scorpion Verde tires. I can save about $160 by buying them at tirerack.com vs the dealership.
The only thing is the tirerack tires are not AO. I got 30K on the original scorpions.
Does it really matter if they are AO or not? Will the handling and tire wear be better with AO?

You can read up on Porsche N spec regulations here. The AO ratings for Audi are very similar. The AO tires are usually constructed a bit more robust and usually have a different compound. Handling may be a bit better with the AO tires because they are constructed with a bit more sidewall and or a different compound. The best way to likely tell is from fast lane changes or panic maneuvers. It's OK to run a non AO tire, just don't do it unless doing it all four at a time.
