B7 RS4 wheels on B7 S4 - Sizing question
 

I found a like new set of OEM RS4 rims off a 2007 RS4. I'm looking to put them on my 2007 S4, and run them in summer. A couple questions:

1) The RS4 rims are 19". Will I have any issues with rubbing or fitment?

2) Knowing that I am only running these new rims in the summer, what size summer tires would you recommend? Model and brand suggestions also appreciated!

The offset is way too much and will not fit the B7 S4. You will have severe rubbing. If you look at a RS4 the fenders are flared out extremely to accommodate these rims

Very helpful. So people running RS4 style rims on an S4 are running the 18s then?

Those could be 18's or Hartmann replicas (which makes a good wheel)

So there is no way to run 19" rs4 wheels on a B7 S4?

Not without modifying the body panels -

Been on the forums for a long time and I don't know anyone who was able to do it. I turned down sales of my OEM RS4 rims of people who wanted them because I knew they would not fit on their B7 cars.
