Can anyone identify these wheels?

Flik Justices look similar and weigh ~25 lbs IIRC.

I really wish the Moven SP10's were still available
After following up on the Sportec identification, I think these are actually a copy - the Moven SP10. They were cheaper and lighter but no longer available 
I am considering the Fliks but wish the taper down to the lugs was more gradual like the Moven and Sportec
