Looking to move up to 19" wheels and tires on my 2007 A6: most packages I have seen are with 235/35/19's- I am concerned with sidewall height as well as ride quality. Being a non sport model, how will this move impact the ride/handling? Could I go a size taller, e.g. 245/40 etc>

On the 2007 A6 we would actually use 255/35R19, which is jsut as tall as a 225/40R19 would be. The ride would be a bit firmer, with slightly faster steering response. 245/40R19 is taller than we can guarentee to fit, sorry.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">Tires</a></li></ul>

Gary, went to your site to order a set of Kuhmo Ecsta SPT in this size and did not find any.
Any other ideas? Would I need to move into a different size?
