How do I get wheels with different PCD to fit?

I believe the PCD for the S4 wheels are 112, but I'm interested in some wheels that only come in 114.3

Do I need to get an adapter or is it impossible?

Thanks

Sometimes the mfr will sell blanks without the drilling and a wheel shop can drill holes.

Need to understand that:

1. Lots of risk if the offset or brake clearance issues arrise.
2. If you crack a wheel - time and $$$ to replace.

I went through a long time (6 months) of looking - see post below. If you wait, you will see others that you like as much and may be a better match.
