Need Input!
I assume you mean:
1) jack up car, take off old tires/wheels
2) dismount tires from wheels
3) Mount tires you're carrying into shop onto wheels
4) Spin balance new wheel/tire
5) Mount new wheel/tire onto car.
If you walk out with old tires, I think about $15-20 per wheel. Add another $2-4 per for them to junk old tires.

If you're buying tires at shop, look in Tire Rack ads, add about 10% for walk-in local price, subtract maybe $10 from installation. Oh yeah, add in sales tax
Now why don't you try calling a couple of shops that you want to do the work (ever hear of comparison shopping)? Remember, cheaper shops will largely have work done by Larry, Moe, and Curly, which means higher likelihood of scratching wheels when changing tires.
