They'll be available from dealer or third party OEM parts departments, using the part number shown. And they are expensive - the US $ price will be similar to the Euro price. So around $1300, per wheel, without tyres. Buying OEM production wheels, after production, is always an expensive decision, as they are not sold as accessory wheel sets, only as replacement parts.

You can find OEM wheels for lower prices on German eBay sites, and some of the larger sellers will ship (and hopefully deduct the 19% local tax). There is a set of 4 (new) being sold by one such seller for about €2400, which is an appreciable savings, but they don't ship outside Germany. Assuming they are genuine of course (the seller I just briefly looked at was small, so I would be suspicious), this Audi Sport wheel design has been copied by Chinese wheel manufacturers, as it is used across a number of Audi models now. The C8 A7 specs are quite unique though - the original version that appeared first on the C7 RS6 was a wider wheel, and a different offset of course.
