Nitto neo-Gen?

Anyone have any success with this tire? It is supposed to help cars with camber issues because it doesn't wear down on the inside of the tire. (due to compound and "interlocking tread blocks") I have them on my civic and they work great but what about on our cars? (Audi S4 B5)
