It looks normal for a street tire pushed hard at the track.

Default Front outside only, right?

If your car is understeering and you cant get the rear end to loosen up, you will see that. I did in my first autocross with my A4 running 225 Pilot sports. I installed a bigger rear swaybar and increased the rear tire pressure another pound above the front and that never happened again.

Default yep... and to add to that...

6:30 this morning discovered a big ol' screw in the right front, about 1/2" in.. some guys at the track plugged it.. then found another guy with jack to rotate front tires to the rear.. the left front took the beating the first day.. changed sum driving today.. much better on the tires..

Default good ole' RE730, 300 tread wear rating 8-) looks just like mine always did!

none to worry!!
looks pretty good, no real roll over onto the sidewalls!! good air pressure!
might have gotten just abit hot from understeering,
but again RE730's are'nt real soft compound so looks typical to me.

Audi On!

Default YES. (m)

Excessive feathering under track conditions like in your pic would be considered typical.

You should see how God awful our 'testing' tires look after us guys are done shredding them. Multiply yours by 3.. heh heh.

Anyway, for an UHP tire this would be typical from what I have seen and done.

Hope this helps!
Eddie
