There is wisdom in what he asks
Granted, the question could have been phrased better, but that aside I would look for the wisdom in the statement if I were you. Unless there is someone at Pepboys that you know and trust, find someone at another store that you do. The dealer is a good place to start, but is not a guarantee.
The vibration could be balance, bent wheels, runout, out of round tires, brakes, etc. Put the car on a lift with the car running in gear and watch the wheels to see if everything is straight. (I take no responsibility for whether you do this safely or not)
Also, please write the message in the text - not the header!!!!
Todd W

Bring car back to Larry, Moe & Curly and have them redo wheel balancing
From my experience, this is wheel balancing and NOT alignment. Sounds like they didn't do as careful a wheel balance as they should have. Make sure you ask for a "dynamic" balancing.
