Putting PRIMACY MXM4 ZP - 265/50R19 on my 07 Q7

2007 Audi Q7 quattro 4dr 4.2L Premium

VIN: WA1BV74L17D089422

Recently purchased and the rear right Eagle LS2 tire developed a bubble on the inner tire unrepairable since it spans the whole inside of the tire. The Q came with Conti's on the front and Eagle LS 2 on the rear, tread wear was decent for all four but the ride was rough and I was thinking of changing the mix-match sets out once I had some funds to do so. Since this tire issue, I decided to go ahead and get this done since this is the family hauler and want to be safe. In any event found a good deal on the Michelin PRIMACY MXM4 ZP - SIZE: 265/50R19 at Tire rack and pulled the trigger on getting all four so I have the same all around, finding a single Eagle LS2 at 350 would have left me with the same conti's in front and eagles in rear for 350 bucks. The MXM4's are run flats and have good reviews, however, tread life may not be in the 25k range is what I'm seeing. Does anyone run these on a Q7 or similar vehicle? Anyone have/had these? Hated or liked them?

Looking to put these on my 2016 VW Touareg, how is the vibration and sound at 75+ mph? Did you need to have them Roadforce balanced or did the standard balance worked fine?

Tires are amazing, ride is way more comfortable with these on, 80 plus runs as straight as a pin and smooth. Went with AAA car care and just had regular balance and alignment no issues at all.
