Default Quick question about tire size

I have a 99 A4 with the stock 15in wheels. The standard tire size is 205.60.15... I have a nice brand new set of 205.55.15 summer tires from my old car, would this be ok to change to use these or is that too much of a change in sidewall height?? I've heard you can "risk brake failure" changing sidewall height.

Default You're not going to risk brake failure, but your speedo will be off.

I would pass on the incorrect size.. the wheel gap on the car is going to appear larger.

stick with 205/60/15, or optimally get 17" wheels and 225/45/17 :-)
