Ronal R-38 or Type T?

I would be buying these new. Ronal gives a 20% off deal to Quattro Club members. Comes out to $158-ish a wheel, then I would buy 225/45/17 Kuhmo 712's at $74 a tire

Choice B:

These would be bought used with 225/45/17 Sumimoto HTRZ II's with 700 miles on them on them for $800 plus shipping [Seller won't come down from that ;-)].

Which are right for the money? I like the lip on the Borbet's but like the ten-sopke of the Ronal.
