Source for 72.1 Audi Center Caps (or Adapters for using 57.1 OEM Caps in 72.1 bore)?

I have a set of 5x112 TSW "Geneva" wheels w/72.1mm center bore that use 57.1mm hub-centric rings for Audi hub fitment. I'm looking for Audi center caps that will fit the 72.1 TSW bore, If that doesn't exist I'm looking for a funky adapter that snaps into the 72.1 TSW wheels and has a smaller cutout for the 57.1 caps.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
