Summer performance of Ultra High Performance All season?
Hello,
I currently have an 02 Audi A4 3.0Q with the original max performance summer tire Dunlop SP Sport 9090 in 235/45-17. I am looking at buying new tires and I have been looking at the Continental ContiExtremeContact Ultra High Performance all-season.
While I am sure the Conti are better in winter conditions than the Dunlop, how would they compare during summer conditions(handling, grip, etc..).
The label would make you think that the Conti would be better than the Dunlop in any weather conditions but I could be wrong.
I want only one set of tires and would prefer to keep the Dunlop if they are better on dry/wet conditions as I do not get too much snow/ice where I live (DC) and was able to survive two winters with them (they were not the best when it was cold but good enough for me).
Thanks,
Tarmac

I have just installed the Pirelli PZero Nero M+S and....
in the morning when the road is dry
they and not as harsh and noisy as S03 which I like it
and in the evening while it is raining
they still performs very good
but I've only put about 60kms on the tires today
so I'm not sure they can keep it like they are now later on
