Default Tire recommendation Q5

Need replacement for a Q5 235/60/18. Car came with Michelin Latitude Tour HP. These tires were horrible in any kind of snow/ slush and are already worn out @ 24k miles. Looking at bridgestone Dueler Ecopia 422 and Conti LX 20 ecoplus. Can u give me pluses and minuses of each ( ride, wear , light snow etc.)? Any others u recommend? Thnx

Run snow tires for winter.

Both are great choices, but we've had a bit better experience and feedback with the Continental Cross Contact LX20, especially with snow traction.

Thnx Gary. My only hesitation on the Contis is the numerous reviews of vibration problems( out of round) on your site and Continentals. Do u know if Conti has addressed this manufacturing issue?

I know of no changes to the tires since their introduction, but I know that out-of-round situations would be covered by the manufacturers defect warranty. It has not been my experience that these tires have higher incidences of issues than others.
