Rim offset advice
Hi guys
I'm interested on a set of rims but before I pull the tiger I need some advice. They will be mounted on a 2002 audi TT 225 ALMS. I have purchased an Accuair package thats yet to be installed, so the ability to tuck the tires is also a necessity.
I know that the 5x100 pattern is not available as an option on these rims so adaptors from 5x100 /57.1 to 5x112 / 66.6 will also need to be purchased. Keep in mind that 15mm adaptors are the thinest made.
Rim sizes are as follows.
Front: 19x8.5 offset 45
Rear: 19x10 offset 43
With a minimum adaptor size of 15mm
the offset will be: front 30 rear 28 respectively.
Here's my final question ....will these rims fit the TT without rubbing the fender or interface to the front air suspension. I know it' a loaded question....any input would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
