What's the best method to ship tires & wheels?
 

I'm going to be putting some 19" wheels and tires for sale and from what I see it's easier to find non-local buyers. I was wondering what carriers do you use, how much is it from east to west US coast (approx.) and what do you pack it with? Any other gotchas is appreciated as well.
