Default Wheel fitment: Offset, centerbore, PCD, width, and diameter. Anything else?

Now that the B8 platform has a 66.5mm center bore, I'm thinking of using Mercedes wheels (same offset and PCD - 66.5 and 5x112) as winter take-offs. Am I missing something? Will M-B wheels work? Thanks...

Default E-Class offsets are only 3mm different than the S5. It's not enough that I'd be concerned about it..

... plus, I have spacers on the stock setup so my offset is shot anyway.

E-Class wheels are generally 35; the S5's is 32.

20/25mm F/R on the spacers - I've f'd up the offset already.
