Doesn't the wheel mfr say if it will or not?

The offset is greater so that pushes the wheel out more and that means the added wheel width should be OK but the question now is if the wheel will hit the fender.

Nice looking wheel.

the wheel has a lesser offset than stock 33 vs stock 45, wouldn't that mean it would stick out less?

I think they will fit, but only true way would be test fitting them. The extra offset will bring the wheels out further. They will look aggressive on your car. If that is what you are looking for, go for it.

I would say you have about 95% chance that they would fit. This is my opinion but I've been in the tire business since 1985. Now I'm showing my age.

They will fit. The wheel face will sit 18mm closer to the fender edge. This about the max that I would go. I assume you will be running a 255/40/19 tire and that will work nicely.
