Will these wheels work on my Q7

Will these wheels work on my Q7
Just bought a 2012 Q7 Prestige S-Line. It currently has the 295/35/21 tires on it with the Speedline wheels (Size 21x10 130mm bolt pattern, offset 44mm). I want to go down to a 18 inch wheel so I can reduce tire cost.
From looking at various posts I can run a 235/60/18 and have it match up pretty much spot on w/ revs, diameter, etc. But I'm not clear on offset for the wheels. I found a site with offset info and it has a range of 44 - 62 for my model Q7.
The wheels I am looking at are 18x8, 130mm bolt pattern with an offset of 57mm. Will I run into any issues with these wheels with a 235/60/18 tire mounted on them, brake clearance, tracking, outside of wheelwell, etc?
Thanks in advance for any replies!

We use 255/55R18 or 235/60R18 to maintain correct load capacity (either size would need to be XL rated). 235/60R18 has a rim width range between 6.5" and 8.5", so 8" is fine. Of the 18" wheels we can guarantee to work , ET53 is the highest. As long as the wheel vendor guarantees that ET57 will work (or your money back), I'll defer to them.
