ET35 would be better. ET48 will probably rub suspension bits.

That wheel sounds like it was for an A8.

Default I was wondering the same thing after driving an S8 this weekend - it'd be cool

to have the stock look of a 6-spoke Avus wheel, but the larger 18" wheel - it would definately confuse some people. The real negative I see is that the S8 wheel is probably the heaviest one out there. The S4 wheel is already hefty. I noticed the 245 tires that were on it, and just assumed it wouldn't fit due to offset - guess it's true

Try posting the question in the S4 forum; surely someone has tried this.

Default JoshD says it can be done but I would assume the fenders would have to be rolled.

Those wheels have to be seriously heavy since the S4 wheels are like 28 pounds, bet they are at least 30 or 31.

Default I weighed mine last week when mounting winter tires ...

... and they were "only" 27 lb, but that was heavy enough.

My summer wheels are 20x9 HRE 546's, and they weigh exactly the same, 27 pounds. [I don't think my scale is stuck.]
