Audi Reports August Sales Increase

Audi of America, Inc. reported August sales of 8,281, representing an increase of 7.4% when compared to August 2002 sales of 7,707. Strong sales of the all-new A8 L, combined with the success of the A4 Cabriolet, contributed to August 2003 being the best August in Audi’s history.

For the year, the German luxury carmaker is ahead of last year’s pace. Audi’s year-to-date sales are 57,343 versus 2002 sales of 57,070.
