Audi of America, Inc. Appoints Johan De Nysschen as Executive Vice President
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Today Audi of America, Inc. announced the appointment of Johan de Nysschen as its Executive Vice President in charge of the business in the United States and Canada. He will assume these responsibilities as of Wednesday, December 1. de Nysschen joins Audi of America after many successful international assignments for the Audi Brand, most recently serving as the President of Audi Japan for the last five years. During that time, he oversaw significant development of the Audi business, establishing an exclusive Audi dealer network and reconfiguring the product line-up. Audi sales in Japan more than doubled during this period. In North America, de Nysschen will be reporting to Frank Witter, Chief Executive Officer of Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Volkswagen Canada. de Nysschen’s responsibilities will also include membership in the five-person Executive Board of Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Volkswagen Canada. |
