Revealed: Audi Video Shoot Photos
AudiWorld has received photos of a recent Audi video shoot which took place in Denver, Colorado over this past weekend. Provided by Factory Design Labs, Audi of Americas interactive design agency, the photos include a few different elements, including an Audi Q7 and a whole host of Apple gear (iPod, laptop and monitor). While we can only speculate at this time, it appears that the video might focus on media and the ever-blurring line between an owners music, video or web content when moving between home, office, mobile or vehicle locations. Audi, for its part, has already publicized its AMI (Audi Music Interface) product currently available in the Q7, A8 and A6 lineup. AMI gives owners the ability to access iPod content via the vehicles MMI system, and future versions will be less Apple-centric by providing more generic USB connectivity. The good news is that AMI is also moving downstream into Audis less expensive cars in the near future. Commercial, short film or internal use only? Perhaps the format of the message and the message itself are one in the same, meaning a web or mobile video? Ultimately, with Factory Design Labs reputation for innovation and Audis own embrace of advancement through technology it is probably a mix of all of the above. We fully expect to see an ongoing use of progressive communication in the coming months. Well be sure to let readers know when the video finally breaks wraps.
