The German Ski Association’s (DSV) ski jumpers made a quick ‘pit stop’ in Seefeld between the New Year’s ski-jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Innsbruck the next stop on the Four Hills tournament agenda. The DSV Eagles, Maximilian Mechler, Jörg Ritzerfeld, Martin Schmitt, Michael Uhrmann and Christian Ulmer, and the team of choaches under Peter Rohwein all completed the Audi driving experience winter driving course on snow and ice.

AUDI AG has been the main sponsor to the DSV for more than 20 years. Just like their Alpine ski colleagues, the Nordic ski aces also benefit from “Vorsprung durch Technik” from Ingolstadt on the road to training and event locations. It goes without saying that the winter sport athletes choose to run with quattro-drive. Furthermore, almost every athlete and coach opts for Audi TDI Power.

At the Audi driving experience in Seefeld, the DSV Eagles learn to control cars on the absolute limit of adhesion in wintry conditions. Alongside the Audi A4 2.0 TFSI, Martin Schmitt and Co also had the pleasure of getting behind the wheel of the new Audi TT on snow and ice. “A fantastic experience,” said the ski jumpers unanimously.
