Historical Model Guide
The beginnings of our new Historical Model Guide are now online. It covers all Audi models sold in the US since 1980 and model page will include photos, technical specs, standard and optional features. This new section can be found within the existing Model Guide.

An Audi Weekend
Recently a number of Audi owners gathered for a small meeting in Northern Virginia. Among the attendies were twelve 2000 model S4's, including four Imola Yellow.

How Many Pistons?
Many of our readers have called into question initial information regarding the front brakes on the new S4, A6 2.7T and A6 4.2. Audi originally had indicated that the HP-2 brake was a four piston design.

AUDI AG has just put its new Wind Tunnel Centre into operation, comprising two innovative test rigs, an aeroacoustic wind tunnel and a thermal wind tunnel.

After an incredible year of growth, it was apparent that the A4.Org name no longer properly described our website. So in early December 1999 we changed our name to AudiWorld and moved to the new URL www.audiworld.com.

Audi A2 1.2 TDI
Audi is marketing the new A2 1.2 TDI as a "three-litre" car, in other words one with fuel consumption of less than three litres per 100 km.

Portland International Raceway
A4.Org Senior Editor Neil McGarry was at PIR for the recent driving school hosted by the North West Region of the Audi quattro Club. With some rain included to bring out the quattro advantage, the weekend was a great success.

Audi Recalls European TTs
Due to criticism that the TT sports car becomes unstable at high speeds, Audi AG is recalling the European TT models. The recall will include modifications to the suspension and the addition of a rear spoiler.
